Everywhere you look social media is lighting up with updates on Fuller House's first episode taping. Fuller House is the continuation of the sit-com Full House, which ran from 1987–95, chronicling the lives of newly widowed Danny Tanner (Bob Saget), his three daughters (Candace Cameron Bure as D.J., Jodie Sweetin as Stephanie and twins Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen who played Michelle), Uncle Jesse (John Stamos) and Dave Coulier as Joey.
This modern-day look at the family will feature most of the same cast as they come full circle: D.J. is now a recently widowed mother of two only to learn she's pregnant with her third. She enlists the help of her sister Stephanie and old friend and neighbor Kimmy Gibler (Andrea Barber) to move in with her and help her transition to this new phase in her life.
Lori Loughlin, who played Danny's morning show co-host and Uncle Jesse's wife in the original series, will also be back this time around and tweeted this pic from the Warner Bros. lot.
Fuller House will debut on Netflix in 2016 and will include 13 episodes for the first season—perfect for a weekend binge watch. Click here to take a sentimental look back at the Full House cast from Season 1.
