2017 Golden Globe Nominees Announced
"Westworld" and Jonah Hill Receive Noms for WB
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced nominations for the 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards this morning. The following Warner Bros. Pictures and Warner Bros. Television series and talent were nominated:
Jonah Hill was nominated for "Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy" for his performance in War Dogs.
And only two months after its HBO premiere in October, the hit series Westworld received three nominations, including "Best Television Series - Drama" and for two of its stars, Evan Rachel Wood for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Drama" and Thandie Newton for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Television Series - Drama."
In addition, congratulations to Simon Helberg from WBTV's The Big Bang Theory who was nominated in the "Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture category for his performance in Florence Foster Jenkins.
The 74th Annual Golden Globe Awards will air live Sunday, January 8, 2017 at 8pm ET/5pm PT on NBC.
