"THE BIG BANG THEORY" SERIES FINALE
"Math, science, history, unraveling the mysteries...That all started with the big bang!" After 12 seasons, 279 episodes and countless laughs, TV's longest running multi-camera comedy in TV history, The Big Bang Theory bids farewell.
The show, created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, tells a tale of Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) as brilliant physicists – geniuses in the laboratory but socially challenged everywhere else. Enter beautiful, street-smart neighbor Penny (Kaley Cuoco), who aims to teach them a thing or two about life. Despite their on-again, off-again relationship in the past, Leonard and Penny have finally gotten married. Even Sheldon has found a female companion, entering into a “relationship agreement” with neurobiologist Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik), and he recently took their relationship to the next level by marrying her after a long courtship. In their free time, Leonard and Sheldon enjoy fantasy role-playing games with their ever-expanding universe of friends, including fellow scientists Raj (Kunal Nayyar), Howard (Simon Helberg) and Howard’s adorable microbiologist wife, Bernadette (Melissa Rauch), who is adjusting to life with their two children.
