“Chill Out, Scooby-Doo!” DVD From Warner Home Video
(May 14, 2007 - Burbank, CA) — Warner Home Video brings the all-new, must-have animated Scooby-Doo original movie "Chill Out, Scooby-Doo!" into retail outlets September 4, 2007. Consumers won’t want to miss the high-jinks with Scooby-Doo and his pals as they embark on a bone chilling journey to the top of Mount Everest in search of the legendary Abominable Snowmonster. In addition to its availability on DVD, the film has also been scheduled for television broadcast in Fall 2007 on Cartoon Network. Outfitted in dazzling foil O-sleeve packaging, "Chill Out, Scooby-Doo!" is priced at $19.98 SRP. Order due date has been set for July 17, 2007.
Set in the remote and dangerous region of the Himalayas, "Chill Out, Scooby-Doo!" takes kids and adults on one of Mystery Inc’s. most daring adventures ever. Leave it to Scooby-Doo and Shaggy to get into all sorts of mishaps when they miss their connecting flight and accidentally wind up on a skydiving expedition halfway around the world! What was supposed to be a splendid sight seeing tour of the City of Lights suddenly turns into a terrifying trip to the Himalayas after the gang’s dream Paris vacation is completely derailed, thanks to Scooby-Doo and Shaggy’s slipup. What can be scarier for Scooby-Doo and Shaggy than free-falling thousands of feet from the sky? Coming face to face with the fabled Abominable Snowmonster! When the gang is finally reunited, they can’t seem to shake the beast as it spreads its icy terror and they find themselves hightailing it through ancient monasteries, underground caverns and even outracing an avalanche.
