Slated to be this summer’s blockbuster, “Green Lantern” will be released in Malaysia on 16 June 2011. To celebrate the film’s debut, DC Comics, home to some of the world‘s most recognized super heroes, will host a weeklong celebration of exciting activities from 28 May to 12 June 2011 at the Centre Court of Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. An exhilarating line-up of DC Comics super heroes activities is set to bedazzle the crowd, including a gigantic Green Lantern ring display, an on-site screening of the “Green Lantern” trailer, various fun-filled Green Lantern kids stations and a comprehensive range of DC Comics and Green Lantern merchandise. Additionally, the Justice League Live Show, “A Pair of Jokers” will be featured as well as special appearances from your favorite DC Comics super heroes, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Hawk Girl, The Joker and Harley Quinn. Adding to the authentic experience, DC Comics will officially launch its flagship store on 31 May 2011 at the Pavilion Centre Court. The biggest DC Comics store ever in Asia, located on the 5th floor of Pavilion, will be home to DC Comics life-sized characters and an exclusive replica of the Batmobile and Batpod, promising a memorable customer experience on our local shores.
