Making their Warner Home Video debuts in the Bright Kids: Back to School Collection are “Sagwa: The Chinese Siamese Cat,” the popular new show airing on PBS KIDS based on the children’s book by noted author Amy Tan, and several all-new adventures from the “Caillou,” Real Wheels” and “Child Smart” series.
