Alex Duda Joins John Redmann As An Executive Producer Of "The Tyra Banks Show"
(April 6, 2006 - Los Angeles, CA) - Emmy Award-winning show runner Alex Duda has been named an Executive Producer of "The Tyra Banks Show." Duda and John Redmann will work together as a team to run the show. The announcement was made today by Hilary Estey McLoughlin, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Telepictures Productions.

Duda is an Award-winning producer who has served as executive producer for the reality dating series "elimiDATE," the hit franchise in syndication for the last five years. Prior to creating "elimiDATE," Duda served as executive producer for "Seventeen: The Faces for Fall," a primetime special from Telepictures Productions for The WB Network. The project, The WB¹s first reality special, starred celebrity hosts Shannen Doherty and Joshua Jackson, and featured guests including Drew Barrymore, Matt Damon, Oscar De La Hoya and Niki Taylor.
From 1995 to 1998, Duda served as Director of Programming and Development at E! Entertainment Television, creating and executive producing the popular series "Model," "Fashion Emergency" and "Joan Rivers' Fashion Police." Duda was also part of the original creative team that launched E!'s irreverent and highly popular "Talk Soup" and served as its executive producer from 1994 to 1998. She also co-created the popular "Wild On" travel series and produced and created the original special that launched the weekly series, "Mysteries and Scandals."
Created as the voice of a new generation and originating from Los Angeles, "The Tyra Banks Show" is a one-hour daily talk show focusing on the dreams, hopes and challenges of today's young women. The goal is to empower women to be the best they can be for themselves, their families and their communities. The series airs in national syndication, with the FOX Owned and Operated Television Stations serving as its flagship broadcast group.
