Emmy-Nominated “Twin Peaks” Star Sherilyn Fenn Joins The WB With Guest-Starring Roles On The WB’s “Dawson’s Creek” And Action-Adventure Pilot “Birds Of Prey”
(February 27, 2002 – Burbank, CA) — Sultry screen siren Sherilyn Fenn heats up “DAWSON’S CREEK” for the last three episodes of the season beginning Wednesday, April 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET).
On “DAWSON’S CREEK,” Fenn plays Alex Pearl, Pacey’s (Joshua Jackson) new boss who attempts to seduce the young chef and has a hard time taking no for an answer. Devious to the end, Fenn’s character stirs up trouble between Pacey and Audrey (Busy Philipps).
Fenn is best known for her role as the cherry stem-tying Audrey in “Twin Peaks.” This role brought her national attention and a Golden Globe and Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Fenn has most recently been seen in Showtime’s “Rude Awakening” as a recovering alcoholic who must learn to deal with her demons and just wrapped production on Showtime’s “Swindle” with Tom Sizemore.
Filmed on location in Wilmington, Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina, “DAWSON’S CREEK” was created by Kevin Williamson and is executive produced by Paul Stupin, Tom Kapinos and Greg Prange for Columbia TriStar Television. # # #
