A Flock Of Frightfully Fun Halloween Favorites Flies Onto Shelves From Warner Home Video
(May 28, 2002 – Burbank, CA) – On August 20, Warner Home Video will let loose an array of exciting new tales and scary classics to help everyone get into the Halloween holiday mood. This spine-tingling promotion includes more than 25 titles – including the new “Scooby-Doo Meets Batman,” two new “Gremlins” DVDs, the home video debut of “Goosebumps” creator R.L Stine’s “The Nightmare Room” and a new Scholastic’s “The Magic School Bus” DVD. A haunted house-ful of catalog re-pricings also helps to drive this collection!
The new “Scooby-Doo Meets Batman” arrives on VHS and a power-packed DVD that is loaded with extra features. Also creeping in for the first time are a “Gremlins: Special Edition DVD” along with the DVD debut of “Gremlins 2: The New Batch.” Adding fresh goosebumps to Halloween fright, R.L. Stine’s hit Kids WB! series “The Nightmare Room” will make its home video debut with two VHS and DVD releases: “Scareful What You Wish For” and “Camp Nowhere.” Scholastic’s “The Magic School Bus: Creepy, Crawly Fun,” also new on DVD and still available on VHS, is the perfect gift for the budding mad scientist. Re-priced Halloween classics on DVD and family favorites on VHS will also add more treats to everyone’s sack.
