Guy Vardaman Named Vice President, Production, Warner Bros. Online
(October 10, 2001 – Burbank, CA) – Guy Vardaman has been named Vice President, Production, Warner Bros. Online, it was announced today by Jim Noonan, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Warner Bros. Online.
In this position, Vardaman is responsible for the production of all websites and pages residing at Warner Bros. Online (www.warnerbros.com), as well as the transfer of traditional assets into digital files, construction of flash elements and the digitizing of video files and video streams. Additionally, he oversees the day-to-day quality control and compliance of all of the pages on Warner Bros. Online’s home site.

Vardaman most recently served as a Director in the original programming division of Warner Bros. Online, working on such projects as “The God & Devil Show,” “The 3-D Adventures of Superman” and the site’s live concert series. Prior to that, he served as a Product Manager, Producer and then Senior Producer at Paramount Digital Entertainment of the popular “Star Trek” site. Before that, he held posts as Manager, Publishing and Supervisor, Creative Services at Viacom Consumer Products.
Vardaman has also worked as a freelance design and product development consultant and held various writing, research and production posts at a number of companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts from the University of California, Irvine. # # #
