Perry Husman Named Vice President, Studio Operations, Warner Bros. Studio Facilities
(October 25, 2006 - Burbank, CA) – Perry Husman has been named Vice President, Studio Operations, Warner Bros. Studio Facilities, it was announced today by Jon Gilbert, President, Warner Bros. Studio Facilities.
In his new role, Husman will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities for all in-house and independent television and feature film production on Warner Bros. Studios’ 110-acre lot and adjacent 32-acre Ranch facilities in Burbank. This includes scheduling for all 34 soundstages and numerous exterior sets (including New York Street, Ashley Boulevard, Midwest Street, Downtown Plaza, French Street, The Jungle and Warner Village) as well as audience coordination, stage and back lot maintenance and special projects.
“Perry’s extensive production experience in both the television and film arenas will be invaluable as he takes the reins as head of studio operations at our world-class facility,” said Gilbert. “We’ve had the pleasure of working with Perry during his years as a producer with Warner Bros. Television and are looking forward to having him as a part of our team.”
Husman joins the Studio after having amassed an impressive array of over two dozen television and feature film production credits. For the past six years, Husman served as a producer on various Warner Bros. Television series including “The Nine,” “Cold Case” and “Fastlane.”
Prior to his work with WBTV, Husman served as a production manager on a number of MGM feature films including “Stigmata” and “Species II.” Before that, he spent seven years producing various television series and movies-of-the-week for Stu Segall Productions in San Diego.
