(August 24, 2005 - Burbank, CA) – Tweety is flying first class this year to the world’s largest apparel and accessory trade event, MAGIC marketplace. Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from August 29 to September 1, MAGIC attendees will glimpse a preview of the new Tweety apparel line from such top-notch Warner Bros. Consumer Products’ licensees as Raw-7, Junk Food, ACME, Lot 29 and Priorities, among others. These companies are set to unveil their latest clothing and accessory lines, featuring hip new designs inspired by the cute and fun yellow canary of Looney Tunes fame, whose trend-setting appeal has soared to new heights. At this year’s show, Warner Bros. Consumer Products will host “The Tweet Spot,” located at the entrance of the grand lobby at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Licensees including Junk Food, Raw-7, Priorities, Lot 29, Madeline Beth and Bejeweled, will showcase their Tweety apparel and accessories. The booth will feature “Tweety-ized vehicles,” including a bright yellow customized VW Bug, a Tweety-inspired Scooter, and a Tweety-themed Schwinn Cruiser. For those interested in fabulous Tweety opportunities, a Tweety “birdcage” will be set up for visitors to drop off their business cards. The “can’t-miss” Tweety Squad will delight attendees on the show floor as a fun extension of “The Tweet Spot” clad in different Tweety products each day of the show. They will roam the grand lobby handing out licensee information and Tweety premium items such as beach balls, cell phone charms and flip-flops. In addition, on Monday and Tuesday of the show, snow cones will be served in the main plaza.
