(March 9, 2017 – Burbank, CA) – John Louie has been named Senior Vice President, International for Warner Bros. Consumer Products (WBCP). Louie joined the team on February 27, 2017 and reports directly to Pam Lifford, President, WBCP.
In his new role, Louie will be responsible for the strategic development and overall management of Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Canada across all categories of business, including top line revenue and P&L. As Senior Vice President, International, Louie will implement and execute global and regional strategies, working with global and regional leaders across various departments to drive revenue growth and benefit long-term brand building.

Louie joins WBCP from Mattel where he held positions both domestically and internationally. During his tenure, Louie served as Vice President and General Manager of Mattel Australia / New Zealand based in Melbourne, Australia, leading the commercial subsidiary through a turnaround to record financial and operating performance. He most recently held the role of Vice President, Strategic Development / M&A based in El Segundo, California, helping lead the strategy and execution plan for data analytics and mobile apps and gaming.
With more than 20 years of experience, Louie’s previous positions include roles at The Walt Disney Company, Bain and Company, Goldman Sachs and Company, and McKinsey and Company.
