Warner Home Video Lights Up The Holidays With A Spirited Collection Of Seasonal Titles
(September 13, 2001 – Burbank, CA) – On October 16, Warner Home Video (WHV) will deck the halls with a line-up of new and classic Christmas titles for the whole family. This year’s stocking stuffers include Santa’s hippest reindeer, Robbie, in the all-new “Robbie the Reindeer: Hooves of Fire” for $9.95 SRP ($6.95 MAP) on VHS and $14.98 SRP ($9.95 MAP) on DVD. Also in from the North Pole is “Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer” which will be available for the first time ever on DVD for $19.98 SRP (14.95 MAP) and $14.95 SRP on VHS.
Also returning just in the “Nick” of time for the holiday season is the animated classic “Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas” priced at $14.95 SRP on VHS and $19.98 SRP on DVD. The top-rated TV special since 1966, “Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas” is sure to bring joy to everyone’s holiday.
Whether they’ve been naughty or nice, children can also enjoy “Merry Christmas Teletubbies!” on VHS with its newly reduced price of $19.98 SRP. This double cassette features free holiday gift-wrapping and a gift card on-pack. Other classic, family favorites are back on VHS, each for $14.95 SRP in clamshell packaging, including “A Christmas Story,” “Jack Frost,” “The Year Without A Santa Claus,” “To Grandmother’s House We Go,” and “Scooby Doo’s A Nutcracker Scoob.”
