Yves Caillaud Named Senior Vice President, EMEA, Warner Home Video
(January 4, 2007 – Burbank, California) — Yves Caillaud has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East & Africa, Warner Home Video, it was announced today by Philippe Cardon, Warner Home Video, President, International.
In his new position, Caillaud will supervise all WHV European affiliates as well as oversee the marketing, business and legal affairs, supply chain and finance teams working out of the EMEA office, in cooperation with the worldwide heads of the corresponding functions. He will also work closely with Warner Bros. Digital Distribution in the development of high definition and electronic sell-through platforms across Europe.
Prior to being named to his current role, Caillaud had served as Vice President, Europe, WHV, with supervision of Nordic, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Eastern affiliates. Among his achievements in that position were his contributions to the creation of a new territory, WHV’s highly successful Nordic operation.
Previously, Caillaud served in a variety of positions in the company, having joined WHV France in 1992 as Marketing Director, where he was instrumental in the solid growth of the business, leading the success of DVD in.
Before joining WHV, Caillaud served as Marketing Director at CPC Best Foods. He graduated in 1981 from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) Business School with a master’s degree in marketing.# # #
