Acclaimed Filmmaker Ken Burns’s Riveting Documentary “Mark Twain” Available From Warner Home Video And PBS Home Video

On January 8, 2002, Warner Home Video (WHV) and PBS Home Video offer the definitive story of this compelling genius, “Mark Twain,” as seen through the eyes of filmmaker Ken Burns. The fifth film in Burns’s popular American Lives series and featuring interviews with Hal Holbrook, Arthur Miller and leading Twain scholars, “Mark Twain” will be broadcast on PBS as a two-part program on January 14 and 15, 2002 and is expected to draw 14 million viewers nationwide. Timed to hit stores one week prior to the PBS airing, “Mark Twain” will be priced at $24.98 SRP ($19.95 MAP) for a double-cassette VHS and at $29.98 SRP ($24.95 MAP) for a single-disc DVD.
