Appearing on Thai TV Color Channel 3, the program brings the irreverent antics of Bugs Bunny, Daffy, Tweety and the Tasmanian Devil to viewers across Thailand through a television show filled with fast-paced fun, energy, good humor, interactive games and events and home viewer participation. “The powerful appeal of the Warner Bros. properties has been clearly demonstrated in Thailand through the successful launch of the Looney Tunes Club,” said Mr. Marcar. “We are thrilled to partner with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to take the next step in bringing these dynamic brands to the retail market in a stimulating and entertaining environment.” In a ceremony attended by Warner Bros. and BEC-TERO executives, the first store opened in Bangkok, at Central Plaza LadPrao, a key retail area. A freestanding shop, with 200 square meters of retail space, featuring the full range of the Warner Bros. properties, the store is the very first of its kind to open in Thailand. Inside the store, shoppers will find high-quality products, ranging from adult and children’s apparel to fashion and home accessories, gifts and toys revolving around classic and current Warner Bros. stars, including Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, The Powerpuff Girls and DC Comics characters.
