(February 25, 2000 – Burbank, CA) - Warner Home Video (WHV) today announced the following changes in responsibility within the US sales division. Effective immediately Patrick Conner becomes Vice President, Rental Sales moving from Vice President, Retail Direct; Trevor Drinkwater becomes Vice President, Sell-Through Sales moving from Vice President, Rental Sales and Dan Miron will become Vice President, Retail Direct moving from Vice President, Sell-Through Sales. “These changes recognize WHV’s dynamic growth and its leadership position in the industry and the need to continuously develop key executives to lead these efforts. Dan, Trevor and Patrick will now have the opportunity to manage a new area of responsibility providing them with a broader management background,” said John Quinn, Senior Vice President, Sales. Prior to joining Turner Home Video in May 1995, Patrick Connor was Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson. At Turner he was Director of National Accounts-Sell-through and came to WHV in the Turner merger as Director of Sales Planning and Analysis – Sell-through. He was promoted to Vice President Retail Direct in August 1997 where he has overseen continued Retail Direct growth and the assumption of customer service and order entry functions for all WHV customers from WEA. Trevor Drinkwater joined WHV in April 1999 as Vice President Rental Sales from Perrier where he was General Manager Western Region. As Vice President, Rental Sales he has been the driving force behind the division’s increased penetration into retail revenue sharing. Dan Miron joined WHV in July 1991 as Sell-through Sales Manager – Northeast Region. In 1993 he was moved to Los Angeles as Sell-through Sales Manager-Western Region and in 1995 promoted to Director. In June 1997 he was promoted to Vice President, Rental Sales and moved to Vice President, Sell-through Sales in July 1998. Dan has overseen some of the division’s strongest rental and sell-through sales years. With operations in 78 international territories -- more than the video division of any other studio -- Warner Home Video commands the largest distribution infrastructure in the global video marketplace. Warner Bros. Pictures' film library is the largest of any studio, offering top quality new and vintage titles from the repertoires of Warner Bros., Turner Entertainment Company, Castle Rock Entertainment, HBO Home Video and New Line Home Video.
